An incompatibility issue shuts down Windows XP and Vista Automatic Updates

The issue came from another Microsoft product named Dynamics Retail Management System which is not compatible yet with XP SP3 and Vista SP1.
Microsoft has sopped on April 29 the updates for XP SP3 but the updates for Vista SP1 are still available.
